Training students to add elements of recreation activities into recreation space or places and to actively improve the recreation scene will also enhance the participants’ leisure experiences. Future careers include employment in theme parks, exhibition planning companies, public relations/ advertising company, and so forth.
Leisure Therapist / Recreation Therapist
Through a series of static or dynamic recreation activities designed by a professional therapist, participants will not only feel stress relief, but also will see improvements physically, mentally and socially.
Researcher on leisure education
Student can continue study in domestic or foreign institution, and become a teacher in the field of leisure and tourism field, can also consider taking a national exam, to apply for work in a tourism bureau, forestry bureau and other units as a civil servant.
Students may focus on professional training in leisure industry marketing management, leisure industry human resources management, leisure experience management, leisure activities planning and management, leisure service quality management, leisure facilities management, leisure industry risk management, or leisure industry financial management.
Leisure Space and Resources Planner
By acquiring the professional abilities to plan and design a leisure environment, or develop real estate, students may develop and organize spaces such as: leisure farms, accommodations, shopping centers, recreation areas. Careers may be pursued in a leisure space planning company, government department, land development company, and so forth.
Leisure Sports Manager
Leisure sports management combines leisure, sport, health, nursing, and interaction with others. Careers may be pursued in gyms, golf clubs, outdoor adventure companies, leisure clubs (yacht, equestrian training, racquetball), and so forth.
